All estimates provided are free and carry no obligation. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during service. We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Services are scheduled based on mutual agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Recurring service agreements will be billed according to the agreed-upon schedule.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address your concerns at no additional cost. This is the Monster Green promise.
7. Liability
Monster Green Landscaping is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
8. Property Access
By scheduling services, you grant Monster Green Landscaping permission to access your property for the purpose of performing agreed-upon services. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Monster Green Landscaping and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
